2 Days Tour Marrakech to Zagora Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Zagora Desert

Our two-day tour starts in Marrakech and takes us to the tranquil landscapes of Zagora. Our team will pick you up for a journey south, crossing the High Atlas via the Tizi n Tichka pass, which stands at 2,260 meters.

We’ll stop to enjoy stunning views of the High Atlas before continuing to Ouarzazate, famous for being a hub of international film production, with films like Asterix, Obelix, Lawrence of Arabia, and Gladiator filmed there.

After this scenic drive, we’ll journey through the Anti-Atlas Mountains and the lush Draa Valley, arriving in Zagora by the afternoon. From there, enjoy a peaceful 90-minute camel ride across the dunes to our luxurious desert camp.

As night falls, immerse yourself in the magic of the desert, enjoying drum rhythms and the romance of sleeping under a sky filled with stars.

Day 2: Zagora desert - Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah - Marrakech

Your day starts with a stunning sunrise over the desert, a beautiful scene perfect for photographs. After capturing this moment, we’ll head out to the remarkable Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You’ll have time to enjoy lunch and explore the area’s rich history. As evening approaches, we’ll return to Marrakech, arriving around 6 PM. You’ll conclude your journey at your hotel or Riad, taking home lasting memories of your desert adventure.
